5. Prescription Medicine Policy

At MRx Healthcare, we are committed to ensuring the safe and legal dispensing of prescription medicines in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable Indian regulations.

1. Prescription Requirement

  • Schedule H, H1, and X medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS or equivalent).
  • Orders for prescription medicines will not be processed without a valid prescription.

2. Prescription Submission

  • Customers must upload a clear photograph or scanned copy of the prescription via WhatsApp or the designated upload option at checkout.
  • Prescriptions must be original, legible, and issued within the last 6 months.

3. Verification Process

  • All prescriptions are verified by our licensed pharmacist before order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the prescription is found to be invalid, expired, or tampered with.

4. Privacy & Storage

  • Prescription data is stored securely and used solely for order verification purposes.
  • We do not share prescription information with third parties except as required by law.

5. Refusal of Service

  • MRx Healthcare reserves the right to refuse dispensing any medicine if the prescription does not meet regulatory requirements.

6. Order Resolution & Cancellation Policy

  • For any issues related to your order, our authorised representative will contact you via the registered mobile number or email address provided at the time of order placement.
  • If the issue remains unresolved within 24 hours of contact, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
  • Issues may include but are not limited to: invalid prescription, unavailable medicine, incorrect delivery address, or failed payment verification.
  • MRx Healthcare shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations arising from unresolved customer-side issues.
