Refund policy

At MRx healthcare, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❗ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as medicinal, personal care,cosmetic items) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased under clearance or special discounts (if applicable)
  • All medicines and pharmaceutical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed, as per applicable drug regulations in India

🔁 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at mrxhealthcare@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if product is damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review your request within 1 working day
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

💰 4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🔄 5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

🚚 6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be:
    • Covered by us (if the product is defective or incorrect)
    • Paid by the customer (for other return reasons)
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

⚠️ 7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • For orders fulfilled by partner pharmacies, cancellation must be requested before the pharmacy confirms dispatch. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched by the partner pharmacy, cancellation is not possible.
